If you are in the decision of choosing between QT-90C and QT-91C, and don't know wich one to use, here we present a brief description of the features and differences between these two camera models in a way that you can select the best option to fulfill your security requirements.
Both cameras (QT-90C and QT-91C) are color, have 420TVL of horizontal resolution, support for Auto Iris lenses, Back Light Compensation and Automatic Gain Control.
The QT-90C has dual voltage support, this means that it can be installed using either a 12VDC (Direct Current) or 24VAC (alternating current) power supply, having the flexibility to be used on distrubuted or centralized power supply installations.
The QT-91C doesn't have such capability, and must be installed using 12VDC power supplies only, this means that if your system uses a centralized 24VAC power supply, you must use an AC to DC converter to connect the QT-91C to the same power supply.
Other important difference between this two cameras is the response when the light conditions are poor, the QT-90C has a better performance when the illumination goes low, comparing the sensitivitys of the two cameras the QT-90C has a sensitivity of 0,8Lux, and the QT-91C has a sensitivity of 1Lux (remember that when talking about sensitivity to lower sensitivitys better response for low light). |
